Hi JDEList,
I faced with a problem that as it seems to me I can not change without help.
It is necessary to forbid some user groups from changing payment status code in P0411S, field “PST” from one value to another. “PST” in P0411S takes values from UDC table and it means that I cannot use table security to hide necessary values. For that purpose I have to identify parameters for fields “DRSY” and “DRRT” in F0005, but it is impossible or I do not know how. Row Security is not a solution as well. Row Security allows you limit user ability to change value in Payment Status field. But my user should be able to change values.
The example is:
There are three choices for PST code “H”, “A”, “Z”
User1 can change from status “H” to status “A”, but not to status “Z”.
User2 can change from status “H” to status “Z”, but not vice versa.
If somebody has any ideas, I will very appreciate your answers.
