Service Pack SP18.1

I know its very new - but heres the question

Who out there has installed SP18.1 on Xe ?

How stable is it ? My customer is on SP15.1 and this release has been extremely good for them for the past 12 months - but I am starting to consider testing SP18.1 for them.

Looking forward to your replies. Hope all your implementations are going well !

hi Jon,
we have installed SP18.1 and OneOff A1 and it works fine. But if you install it on system with SP15, probably you'll have problems with User Override (user grid format). You will solve this problem deleting all User Override and then users will must reinsert them

Thanks Gigi - I actually delete user overrides as a matter of course when applying a service pack....keeps the users on their toes...!

FYI for those lagging behind in the AS/400 upgrade cycle, starting with SP18
V4R4 is no longer supported.

You are not even be able to restore the SP18 library to your system.

SP17.1 is the last Xe option.

And SP17 or higher is required for Update 4.
