A/R Statement Processing

Our A/R statement processing will not run on the 400 and want to know if anyone else has experienced this or can help with the solution.

R03B500X - Runs and finished it then kicks off R03B5005 and it sits at a waiting status. I cannot find the report in the jobq or running on the 400. It seems as though it acts like it submits the version but really does not.

I have sent logs to JDE, Loaded full packages, ESU's and nothing works. It does not work in any other environment either.

Any help is greatful.

Have you loaded any ESU that contains SAR 5589192 (B733.2) or SAR 5580147
(Xe)? They changed the B03B0136 dramatically and I found that it caused a
few problems - like A/R statements not running.

A long shot but worth a try.

You would be familiar about the AR Statement Print Flow:-
R03B500X calls R03B5005 and this in turn calls R03B500.
R03B500 is the main Statement Print program. You have to mention the name of this program(or another program in case you are using custom Print program) and the version name on the processing option of R03B500X. If for any reason the version is corrupted or not found the Print Driver R03B5005 may be in hung up state. If you run the Print locally and it dosen't find the version it errors out saying Version not in some F98 table (probably Version Detail's table). I am not sure what happens on the server in that case.
Long story short, check whether R03B500 UBE and the associated version is functioning. Possibly create (Add) a new version for R03B500. Don't forget to change the processing option on R03B500X.
