Hello, Everyone,
We are running reports out of JDE and have noticed that the csv version does
not bring in our calculated fields, but the pdf version does. Any ideas or
suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi Cleary,

Although I haven' use CSV output up to now, but have read that you have set the Horizontal Spacing to 52.

Please, check-ot the ott-00-0048 "Export to CSV" ((((Abstract: Document describes how to format a report when using the Export to CSV option. Reports that are not formatted correctly can result in overlapping or missing columns on an export.)))) white paper from the Knowledge Garden which detailes this issue.

Please, let us know that does it resolved your problem or not! Thanks!

I've seen this problem before, and got round it, not by setting the grid space to 52, but leaving it at 8 and ensuring there was at least one grid line free between each field. Also ensure that the field size in the layout is graphically large enough to cover the actual field size of the information.

Hope this helps,

Stewart
