Hi!!

I am getting an error since we implemented the system, which is the oexplore pop up screen, once I hit ok, it gets me out of the system. It happens in many application, sometimes a resolve such issu by checking out the application. Is there a general especification to kill it?

This may happen by two different reasons :

a) Your PD7333.F98950 records got corrupted. In that case, back them
up, and delete any records that may be related to the often crashing
APPLs. These records have an APPL field, you may detect them easily.
This table controls Grid Formats and is a major pain!

b) Your IE is older than IE 5.01 SP2. In that case, install IE 5.5
or higher. OneWorld depends on a particular version of MSXML.DLL
provided by IE 5.01 SP2 and higher. In that case, install a new IE
release on all your fat clients and Citrix servers.

Hi jbdcag,
1-What do you mean by 'oexplore pop up screen'? The One World Sign On window? The Database log on window?
2-Does this happen when using ANother workstation?
3-What about using the Solution Explorer? Did you ever try it?
Welcome to the list,
