XE Upgrade

We are planning to upgrade to XE from B7332. Please
let advise whether it is good to go to Update 4 with
SP 18. Your input is greatly appreciated.

It´s better to aply the last Update package and the last SP, this way you´ll get a better suport from Denver.
I´m in Brazil and I don´t have a good suport since Update 4 was available. They say that my problems are solved in Update 4, and as I am with Update 2, they don´t help me too much.
