LINK:fatal error LNK1181:...

I'm on Xe SP 16.1, NT/SQLSvr2K.

Full Client/Server Packages (built together w. same pkg name) built fine for 4 months. Now, as BUSBUILD completes, I get the following error:

LINK : fatal error LNK1181:cannot open input file "\\DepServer\B7333\package\PD7333FB\lib32\sCBUSPAR.lib"

and this error continues for all the .lib files which BUSBUILD on my FAT CLIENT tries to copy to the deployment server.

The only thing which has changed in my network, was my switching Network and Queue services to log on as superuser, rather than as local system. I changed the services back, but still this error prevents client packages from building successfully.

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

On your deployment server, look to see if there is a directory called
BUSOBJ, there may be several of these. If you find any, delete them...even
the one in the PLANNER pathcode. I have had a similar issue in the past and
this resolved the problem for me.
