Unknown Cache-State on Server

Error Message:
"The Business Function Library CALLBSFN could not be loaded on server JDE02. Because of an unknown cache-state on the server, you must exit this application all the way to the menu."

Seeing this error when logging in to WPY7333. You can click OK and get into the application, but any other area of OW you try to get into I see the same fail message with a different BSFN listed.

Tried rebooting this server and got the same results. This is the only "W" environment getting the error.

Ideas?

What OCM entries have you got for BSFNs on WPY7333?

Thanks Sebasian for your off-line help on this. We started tracking down the OCM mappings as suggested and I started checking the obvious stuff. The update package I deployed last night cleared the contents of the bin32 directory on the servers.

I learned something again today!
