RE: OneWorld User Access

Hi John
Seeing as I'm not sure what your level of familiarity is, excuse me
if I am responding with things you already know. The simplest way to
decipher the fields would be through UTB, right click on the column of
interest, and you will obtain the data item description, for example:
SHTMOFF is timesignedoff (well not quite! I believe it is
really time of completion of last server action)
Relate this to the field SHEVTYP - event type, which if SHTMOFF is set and
SHEVTYP is 1, will be the last activity on the enterprise server for that
user. To check the variety of entries, which are not very revealing, select
your own userid and todays date in the QBE line of UTB. Basically, you will
obtain a range of time for active use on the in JDE for the day. You can
check the entries overall for specific users on specific days, for an active
time window, with a SQL query on the AS400 or MSAccess query on your client.
For users who are connected at any instant in time, the tool of
choice would be the Server Administration workbench executable, but it is
not as electronically "queriable/reportable" .
