OneWorld XE User Tabs wiped out on Custom Find/Browse Screens

Hello,
We are experiencing issues with our package deployments wiping out users'
custom tabs on their find/browse inquiry screens. It does not appear to be
occurring on the standard JDE screens, only on our custom developed screens.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

We have customized several of the find and browse screens to add columns or
rename the columns. If I remember correctly every time we would modify a
form where a column might have changed this always happened. We also would
come across a phantom blank format. I had sometimes created formats and
gone back in on another day or even on the same day and my formats would be
gone and there would be a blank format that didn't have a name but I
couldn't rename it or remove it. I would end up calling someone would
handled security and he would remove all formats on that specific form that
had my user ID. You might want to check with your IT department on the
other issue, if columns have been added or renamed that could have caused
the problem where formats are removed. We would also have a problem where
if a format was not removed but we had made changes to the form the data
would not fall into the correct format under the right columns but once the
formats were removed and reset everything looked right.
