LaunchUBE vs. RunUBE

I want to be able to run jobs from the command line. When I looked in my b7/system/bin32 directory I only have launchUBE.exe and no runube.exe When I called JDE they said I should have both. I asked the CNC group here and they haven't done anything to pull it out. I am trying to figure out what happened here. Can lauch UBE be used to run things from the command line? If so whats the syntax?

Thanks,

As a follow up to my post, I have one addtional question.

Does the runube command return an Error Code. For example if I have a batch file and I run the runube and look for "ERRORLEVEL 1" in my .bat file will I see it if the OW job failed. Another way to ask is if the job ends in Error (or "E" in work with jobs) with then kick back a non-zero value in the .bat file?

Thanks again.

RUNUBE returns a 0 for a failure and a 1 for success (this is opposite of
most every other application).

Why doesn't RUNUBE return error codes on AS/400? Or is there some magic I
haven't discovered yet?
