RES: XE Migration...

Ricardo,

that's what an upgrade is all about. After checking that all objects are
technically migrated you have to call in the apps consultants and do a
mini-pilot. You will have to check (test) if all you custom objects continue
to work as they did in the previous version.
When your apps people give a green ligth you copy all objects from PY7333 to
PD7333 and do the table conversion for your production data. At least, that
would be the normal procedure for an upgrade.

Good luck, Gerd

Hi list...

At last after several tries, my CRP(733.2) has been upgrated to PY (XE);
everything seems to be OK, but how could I assure that everything is OK to
proceed with PRD????

We made some tests with SO and Invoices and they seem to be ok, but who
knows :(

Thank's in advance

OW B73.3.2 SP 16.1 / NT 4.0 Sp 6a/ SQL 7.0 (XE and Win2000 soon)

Greetings.
