Need Help Setting Up Kanbans

Can anyone offer some suggestions regarding setting up kanbans? I am receiving errors when I try to enter Kanban revision
1) Location not in Item Location File (I verified that the location is set up in Branch/Plant Location Master - (Work With Location Master))
2) Branch Plant Invalid (Branch/Plant is our Plant Number)
3) Business Unit Invalid
4) Invalid Values for Source Type (I entered 2)
The Consuming Location and Line/Cell Identifier are also highlighted.

For my test I entered a Container Size of 35,000(a box of rivets), Kanban Size of 70,000(2 boxes of 35,000 pieces), Number of Cards 2(again 2 boxes), Supplying Location is our Plant Number(moving material from inventory location to the line), Replenishment of 8(I'm assuming this is hours, not days), Line/Cell Identifier is the same as the Consuming Location(a production line), Source Type is 2, Override and Receipt are set at 1.

I can e-mail copies of these two screens if that would be of any help.

Thanks in advance for any advice you might be able to offer!

Hi Mike,
Here are my suggestions.
1). Also verify that you have item location files from Item Locations
(P41024).Location master is prequisite only if you have location control
active in B/P Constants.
2). For the locations you should use the supplying location as you defined
in the first step.and the consuming location is the location in WC
master.(not necessarily but suggested for stability). This will solve the B/P
and location errors.
3). Replenishment is defined in hours.
4). Business unit is stg. to be defined before B/P,WCs,Lines you should
check the ones you use in kanban master definition..

Best regards...
