Yes, we get the "Threaded Heap" or "Memory Violation" on Sales Order Entry
several times a week.
B7332 - SP11.1 AS/400 server.
If you type the word "HEAP" in the KG you will be surprised to see the
number
of hits you get! But I do not see any fixes relating to Order Entry.

You should take the advice of the message and restart JDE on the client
if you experience this error. We too have lost orders when CS claims they
entered them.

I am almost positive it is JDE code that is the problem, not network or
client PC related.

JDE recommendation is to go to XE... surprised?
