OneWorld Q\'s hanging

Our OneWorld setup includes:

Solaris Enterprise Servers
Oracle 8.1.6
B7332 SP 11.3

We have 4 single threaded Q's. We have seen that every other day or so, Q's
just hang. It starts with 1 job sitting in processing status forever. Right
now, we bounce JDE services and delete corrupted dddict, ddtext and glbltbl
files on server.

Logs on server indicate:

Has anyone seen this error? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Re: OneWorld Q\'s hanging

A couple years ago we had a problem like that. Solution was to build and deploy a new full package.

RE: OneWorld Q\'s hanging

Recker :

That's spec corruption.
Are you installing update server packages while users are running UBEs?
I've also had the same problem on B7332 SP 11.3 and was solved after
upgrading to SP 15.1
