Hi List,
We have a situation where we've been able to ship unroutable shipments (routing status = 9). We found that the shipment approval process would cause time delays and was unnecessary so we create shipments at an approved status. I'm not sure if this is leading to our problem or not. We have a ficticious carrier that we've set up and assigned to some customers with the purpose of forcing our Transportation group to manually route the shipment. However, we've found that the Dispatchers are able to ship confirm these orders before they have been re-routed even though the routing status is 9. JDE has been unable to re-create or point us to a possible solution.
I appreciate any help on this one.
