problems with our JAS box

Hello. We recently upgraded our Xe install to SP 16.1. We are now
experiencing problems with our JAS box. Other than SP 16.1_JAS (which was
not sent to us with the rest of the 16.1 package, but has been ordered) is
there anything else we may need to fix. Prior to this upgrade, we had no
known issues with the JAS box.

Without any description as to the kinds of problems you are having, I can only guess...

But, with sp16, comes a new servlet that has to changed. I believe it's in the documentation that comes with the sp.

Try that.
