ODA through Terminal Server?

We are on B73.3.1 SP 15.1. Our enterprise server is in the U.K. and we are
accessing the system via Remote Desktop (formerly Terminal Server).

Does anyone know if there is a query tool that we can use, such as JDE ODA,
that will work via the Terminal Server or Remote Desktop? We would like the
query tool to have Active Data Dictionary capability, etc.

We are running OneWorld on Windows 2000 and SQL 7.

We do have access to a fat client, but that also is located in the U.K.; it is
kind of slow and there is only one of them. We'd like to deploy a query tool
to a number of our users.
