R15120 and an "Incomplete Sales" message

When we run "R15120 - Sales Overage Generation", we have 1 lease that has the message "Incomplete Sales". I have never even heard of this UBE, let alone the message. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

We are on:
E1 9.0 - Toolset 9.1.4.6
Websphere 7.0.0.11
Windows 2008 x64
SQL Server 2008 10.0

Did you check in Work center?

There is nothing in the Work Center
