We've just noticed that a good number of our work order completions, that we
do through the superback flush program, are missing the 'IM' F4111 (cardex)
records and the update to the F3111 (WO parts list). The 'IC' F4111 record
is there and the update to the WO header (F4801) is happening. Appears that
some condition is skipping that section of code, but of course we can't
duplicate. Parts that have this error condition on one worl order will have
processed correctly on many other work orders setup exactly the same. We do
'blind' completions. I've looked on the Knowledge Garden, but no luck.
Anyone else run into this? We're on A7.3 cum 10. THANKS in advance for any
ideas.

BINGO! I'm on vacation so can't answer in detail, but we had the same problem
and it had to do with the non-uniqueness of the "unique ID key" field. when I
return to the office next week I'll send setails if you haven't received them
already. We moved from 7.3 cum8 to c11 and that solved the problem. GOOD
LUCK! this is a big bad problem with backflushing!
