Maybe this is a FYI post only.
I am subscriber as well on the Developers Forum as on the Developers Mailing List.
On the last week I have noticed several times that there is long delay between when a post appears on the Forum and I receive it as an e-mail from the List.
Generally the delay is 2-15 minutes but approx. in 5 percent of cases one or more hours.
Here is an example for an extrem long delay:
Sender: "kylepyro"
Subject: "Re: Package Build Problem"
Date Stamp on the Forum: 8/15/01 12:37 PM (PST time)
I received the e-mail: 8/16/01 05:09 PM (PST time)
The delay were more than 28 hours!
I never noticed so long delays before.
Did anybody of Forum/List watchers notice such long delays? Maybe it is again a "Hungarian" specific problem? /w3timages/icons/blush.gif
...OR...
just a temporary problem caused by outer cause(s)?
