BI Publisher - Email with Create!Form

Hi,
Create!Form Director is V6.4.20.9427
Create!e-mail is V7.0.200.513
JDE 8.11 SP1, 8.98 TR, SQL SERVER 2005

I have created a Purchase Order in BI Publisher(word rtf file) and trying to email to our vendor by using Create!Form, email but its not emailing some how. Can I use Create!Form,email to email if PO is created thru BI Publisher?
Any HELP will be appreciated.
