Hello,
We've recently migrated from AS/400 (all services) to Intel all services (Windows 2008, SQL, Websphere). We're having a really bizarre issue and if anyone has seen this, please let me know.
When we go into work with submitted jobs for jobs that go to printers with the Printer language of *JDE PDF when we use the Row--Print functionality (instead of print immediate, or view local) it actually moves the job to the printer and deletes it from the JDE print queue.
In our case, its taking a payroll job and submitting it to APtransform, processing successfully, and then deletes the record in the work with submitted jobs screen.
Has anyone seen this before?? We didn't have this issue on the AS/400. It makes reprinting the payroll file impossible after your first shot..
Thanks
Malcolm
