Is it possible to save integration messsages to XML file

Hi we are using E1 9.1 ( wintel/sql/WAS platform). we are using RTE ( transaction server to send message out of E1. I have a question is it posible to save the XML file generated into a xml fil to a local folder somewhere.

I found a way using Java connector but according to Oracle that not supported utility for Production
