APPCRASH ActivConsole.exe error

Well Known Member
When a certain user tries to call P4210 from Favorites he gets the APPCRASH ActivConsole.exe error. When another user signs in on the same machine and tries to do the same it works fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
