ESU search on Oracles website.

Does anyone know where Oracle is now hiding the search for SARs and ESUs downloads on there web site. We came accross a bug (As if that never happens) and would like to see if they posted a fix that may apply to us.

If the peolple of Oracle only had a camera to capture their clients navigating through the hoops, would they realize what a terrible job they are doing.

Also, using Change Assistant has helped me track down those hard-to-find ESUs.

If I come across an existing bug on Oracle support, is there a mechanism to add my CSI to that bug, or register my interest in its resolution in any other way?
