Disable resource monitors in Server Manager

Hello,

I was wondering how I can disable the "out of the box" resource moniutors in Server Managerr. I can disable the monitors I create by deselcting the "Automatically Start Monitor" button and then restarting Server Manager, but there is no checkbox to deselect on the "out of the box" monitors. I have read a few docs that mention doing this to increase performance, and that it can be done, but I haven't found anything that tells me how to actually disable to the monitors.
