Has anyone been able to run/test using JDE 9.1 off of the standalone version?

yes.start up e1 and log into the html client - take a note of the URL and - providing your ipad is on the same network - use the ipad to navigate to the same url (using the workstation name or ip address). remember, tomcat is not good for more than 1 or two users concurrently.
