AP/AR Role

Hello there
Is there a easy way to assign all the AP and AR object to roles at once in JDE? instead of coping/adding one by one?

With the native E1 toolset no, there is no way to enter in bulk.
We use Q Software and it does allow you to select and secure all applications in many ways including product/system code.
It also allows you to copy and paste from Excel so if you did the work outside of the tool it would be very easy to get data into the system.

Yes, this is a JDE limitation – we use ALLOut Security to do mass uploads of applications, users, roles, environments, role’s assignments, security, etc from spreadsheets and to download data to spreadsheets too – it works great!
