Work center and Level Lead time

I have a Item (A) and it is part of another item's(B) co-product. Can anyone tell me how the Work center affect the Level Lead time on Item A. I have set the Item A as F/V as Fixed and enter level lead time manually. but after ruuning the Levellead rollup batch R30822A the LEvel lead time value for item A is getting cleared.

Please help me.
