Issues with fat client after deploying the fuill package

All,
I am on 9.1 ( wintel platform). I just upgraded from 8.10. After the entire upgrade process, I built and deployed a full package successfully. I can log into web client without any issue.
On the fat client, which used to run fine with the Oracle deleivered full package, I am getting errors when I am launching it.
JDB3800024 - Trigger Library JDBTRG1 not found/loaded for table F0015.

I have looked thru the document E1: PKG: Troubleshooting "COB0000011 - Library load failed" Runtime Function Errors After Install Successful Package (Doc ID 659965.1) without any success

I have installed the C++ RTL. Do I need any thing else to resolve this issue

Ok I resolved this. I beleive I was installing the 64 bit version of v++ RTL as I was on windows 7. For some reason, I still need to isntall 32 bit to get this working

Most likely because E1 is still a 32-bit application.
