Createform output in Word Doc

Dear members,

I know this may sound crazy but do we have any way we can produce the output from createform in Word Doc. The input here is still the JDE PDF and we need the output in MS word doc format. Is there a way we can do that in Create!director? Any ideas will be highly appreciated.

Apparently the formats that can be generated,
includes text, PDF, CSV, PostScript or PCL, and depends on the format required at the destination device or output port.

I think the closest you are going to get is the output format "text". Cform cannot generate a Word format directly but it can generate a text document which you then write to a file using a ".doc" or ".docx" file extension.

If you do that and then open it in Word does it give you what the users are requesting?
