Excel Template with Pivot Tables

Hello ,

I have created BI Publisher Template using Excel (Office 2007) . The template consits of pivot tables .The template saved as .xls. The Report definition deployed sucessfully in DV . When I run the report on the server , the job ends with status as FX which is XML publisher error .
my JDE information
JDE 9.0
Office 2007
Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 10.1.3.4.1

I wanted to check if anyone has created templates using Excel and Pivot Tables .

Please help me how to resolve this issue
