Is there a solution to eliminate 10 characters pasword limition in a websphere environment?

Is there anyone know how to eliminate E1 HTML Client's 10 characters limition for password? (JAS on IBM websphere only)

I had a POC environment with B9/TR9.1, intergrated with LDAP (MAD), password limitation is the critical issue. I have tested OAM which works for long password, and SPNEGO TAI which works for WAS Portal, but no solution for JAS HTML on WAS, anyone has suggestions? ( we don't want to use redstack like OAM, OSSO)
