I need some information on how to identify column changes in table during an Upgrade, say from Xe to E9.0. Is there any document which explains this?

Hello,
You can see this on http://www.upgradejde.com/resources.htm. Then click on launch on Oracle Technical Catalog and enter user and password. I think you will find the way to get the info.
