R UNUBEXML not picking up data selections.

WE are running E1 9.0 tools 8.98.4, enterprise server is iSeries running V5R4. We are using IBM Data Collection XML Bridge software that interfaces the JDE. This software uses the RUNUBEXML command and we have one UBE R42520 where the XML process does not recognise the data selection. We were given a POC by Oracle that supposidly fixes it but no luck.
