TR 9.1 and fat client installation

Hi all,
I'm trying to install fat client (Windows 7 64 bit) with TR 9.1, but I receive an error when I'm installing OEE 11.R2 64 bit downloaded from update center. I followed installation document downloaded from ORacle support. I attach an error print screen "The comman failed with error 1"
After cab decompression setup ends in error

Hello GG,

I had an error trying to install 11g R2 32bit on a win7 client. Mine was different, so I went ahead and installed the database manually like the deployment server. And then it worked. Could you try this and see if it works.

In fact after this error, if I try to install E1 Fat client it asks me if I want to install Oracle Local database (as "old" release). Do you refer to this?

I don't understand ! after the error you try to install again, and it tries to install another DB version ?

Thanks Alex, I solved my problem. Oracle 11gR2 local requires msvcr71.dll installe on windows operating system.
