ESU for T4\'s

Just wondering what is the best time to apply ESU for T4 in Canada.
What happens if we dont apply ESUs what will be happen?

We dealt with T4 in 2009 here in the US.

You should apply it before you start Year-End workbench process. If you don't apply it there is a chance that you'll not be able to produce T4 properly.
