View CSV / PDF will not work.

We had an issue where when View CSV was chosen for a job in Work Submitted Jobs, it would perhaps blink, but would not execute. We use Oneworld via remote desktop, and Oneworld is running as a client on that remote desktop. We found the problem which was the OutputDirectory setting in JDE.INI. It was pointing to the Cd drive of your local mahcine so it could not write to it. We modified that and it works fine.

However, now we have a user that accesses OW via Citrix, she cannot view CSV, but we cannot find the JDE.INI file. Where would the INI file be in a Citrix environment.

I have not worked with citrix since presentation server 4.5 however from memory I think it is on the citrix server under c:\WINDOWS\ but not from a citrix user console but on the main server console itself. From memory the jde.ini file is universal from all users that log on to that server.
 
Assuming the users have local windows profiles and not a roaming profile , it will be in

C:\users\<user name>\windows

or

or C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Windows

depending on whether you are running 2003 or 2008.

Easiest way , just search for jde.ini on the server , it will show you all the locations where it exists on the server
