Mirgration from World to E1

All,

Just trying to understand what needs to happen for a migration from world( a7) to e1(9.0)..I assume its not a code upgrade, just data migration.

DO I point my e9.0 to existing DB on AS400 or I copy it somehwere.
Also, Is it possible to migrate from world( db2) to e1( oracle) db during the upgrade. or do I need to do two steps process.. first upgrade and then run R98403.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Going from World to E1 9.0, and changing database platforms is a huge, highly complex project.

"I assume its not a code upgrade, just data migration." That is a vastly incorrect assumption.

Your company needs to engage a business partner to guide you through the process.

It is huge jump,
