UBE purge not working

One of our customer wants to delete old UBE with R9861101. When we run it first in proof mode the R9861102 and R9861103 PDF files are empty (R9861101 also but it is by design).
We tried on our own environment and it works fine.
Our environment : 9.0.2, Tools 8.98.4.2 on Oracle DB
Customer's environment : 9.0, Tools 8.98.3.4 on SQL Server.

The processing options are :
- Data Source : System - 900
- Days Old : 100
- Control Mode : 1
- Delete Mode : 1

I didn't find any reference on the Oracle Support Center.
I will open a new SR but fist I would like your thoughts on that : Have you already encounter the same behaviour ? Could it be a bug in the 8.98.3 Tools or is it database related ?

Any hint would be welcomed.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

In the PO values the datasource should be the server map datasource where the F986110 resides.

You have Data Source : System - 900 , which would need to be the Server Map datasource instead

Hi, I logged an issue for the same problem. The following response I received from Oracle Support:
Thank you very much for logging SR with Oracle Support. I Suneel helping you on this SR.

Please find the following answer for your query.

Starting with EnterpriseOne applications release 9.0, the R9861101 report was enhanced to call an additional child report named R9861103. The R9861103 only removes the F9563110 records for the selected batch jobs. The F9563110 table is the "Report Definition Job Control Table". Report definitions are basically specifications used by XML Publisher. You can use the P985630 application to view all report definitions.

I request you to cross check the following doc for the same.

E1: UBE: How To Purge Records From A Batch Server's Job Control Table F986110 (Doc ID 784600.1)

E1: UBE: How to Run R9861101 On The Server (Doc ID 1220417.1)

I hope this should suffice your requirement.

As yet, I have not applied this solution, it is part of a large ESU. Meanwhile I am manually deleting these records.
