Hi List,
We are new to SO in JDE. Our business process is to sell by lots (entire lot or partial lot). Users will select the lot numbers to be sold manually through Multiple Selection from Form Menu. The selling price also will be entered manually at the time of order entry (based on price fluctuation). The problem is; sometimes the inventory commitment will fail and users have the possibility of selecting the same lot again for another order. Also, if the order line is cancelled for uncommitted lots, the QOH become doubled.
Our consultant says that commitment problems are very common in P4210. Is this the case with others as well?
