Reports Now (DAS) vs Insight

Anybody has come across about the pros and cons about these two reporting tools?

We haven't done comparison between those two products, but we have been using DAS for 4 years and have been very happy with it. It's user friendly, low maintenance, and pretty powerful for the user tool. The downside is that with power comes responsibility and some users were creating more complex reports that were slowing down the whole system. Needed to educate and train the users on the tool properly. Few times we needed to reach the support group they were quick to respond and very helpful.

Our company has selected Insight Software and we are very pleased with the level of support and the functionality of the product it provides our end users. We have some users which are able to create reports and others who just have access to run what has been created and given permission to them to run.
