Unable to view WSDL after BSSV Build on Weblogic 10.3.2

I did a business services build. Afterward I logged into the weblogic admin console and do the below

1) Click on Deployments
2) Expand BSSV_DV900
3) Under Web Services section, click on a WS (AddressBookSearchManager in this case)
4) Click on Testing tab
5) Expand the WS and click on ?WSDL link under Test Point column

I got the HTTP 403 Forbidden Error. The url is

http://<servername>:<serverport>/DV900/PBS_AddressBookSearchManager?WSDL

Do you know why?

I'm using E900 and Tools Release 9.98.34
Weblogic on Linux

With WebLogic you have to activate SSL protocol for bssv istance. So you have to invoke them and request their WSDL via https. Your example should be

https://<servername>:<serverport>/DV900/PBS_AddressBookSearchManager?WSDL
