SPC Generator Error

I have downloaded the SPC generator and supplied it with the info when I tried to sign on to JDEPLAN environment. The code that is given does not work. It says Invalid Authorization Code/Expired Date. I changed the expiration date from 01/16/2012 to 06/30/2019 and I still get the same error.

How do you get around this?

Just sharing--I'm on World but used Oracle's site to generate SPC & Sys 00 Install Key for DR testing. The SPC was fine, but the key was not. I opened a technical service request. The Support Engineer used the same info I did but got a different sys 00 Install Key. He said he'd never seen that before. Debi
