Upgrade to V7R1

We are running 8.12, TR 8.98.4.2 on an iSeries running V5R4. We are looking to update our OS and making the jump straight to V7R1. Is anyone else running JDE on V7R1 yet? Outside of the program conversion, any other gotchas to watch out for? And has anyone seen any added benefit (performance, management, etc.) to upgrading to a post V5R4 OS level?

I've done plenty of these upgrades and yes of course there are many thinks to look out for.

A couple days of research on the Oracle Web Site will turn up most of this.

If you're doing this on your current box I would recommend bringing in someone experienced to assist in atleast the planning process.
