I was shown an EDI order that the apps guys can't get processed.

WC states that the status code isn't set up.

Looking at order activity rules, the status IS setup for the order type, line type, and from/to status codes.

Looking at jdedebug.log, I see that B4000960 has a return value of "2", which seems to be causing F4211 FS Edit Line to have a return value of 2.

I cannot "C" the business function.
In the log, the from status is 520, and the to status is 999.
The p/opts on the P4210 version do NOT have 999 as the override status code.

Can someone tell me where the 999 is coming from?

Please and thanks.

Frosty,

Is it possible that a user entered the 999 value into the to status? It has been a while since I've worked with the Purchasing system, but I think I remember that a user, under certain circumstances, can enter a value in either or both of the from and to status.

Peter,

Thanks for the reply.

This ended up being a data entry error, in which next/last status were keyed in reverse.

My guess is that these, being bass ackwards

, defaulted the 999.

Thanks again!
