Error when attaching File to media Object viewer

Could anyone give me some idea on how to get out of this error.

When I try to Add a File to the Media Object Viewer of P4310. PFA pdf to navigate through the steps and replicate the error.

You didn't post your system configuration. Anyways, have you double check your Media Object Configuration?

Can you upload any other attachments. Can you just add test to the order?

verify that FTP is not blocked on your network?

Another thing I just noticed you document is .docx, can you try re-saving it .doc and try loading it again. I bleieve that depending on the version of JDE you are on the .docx will have issues.

I can't even download the attachment.

You can check the following couple of things:
1) The exact file upload path in F98MOQUE, does exist under the Server.
2) If your servers are in domain? If not you can try starting the jas services with a separate windows account than Localhost.
