About Roles Documents

Hello there

I want to know if there any place i can find the standard roles documentation? That way it is easy to understand who should have these roles e.g managers/clerks etc.

I believe INQ roles can be assigned to clerks, I believe the roles we have given to us by consultant and these are standard.

I can go myself to find out what these roles but I thought there might be some documentation?

Actually it is exactly the other way around The clerks usually ENTER the data, therefore they tend to have the ADD/CHANGE/DELETE roles.
Managers INQ and APPROVE, therefore you will have THREE levels of security:
1 - Read (INQ)
2 - Entry (ACD)
3 - Approve (APP) - see approval routing, separate application security ...
PS Another (reasonable) option is to aquire the AllOUT Security package. It'll come with documented AND ready to implement Roles, not to mention the segregation of duties ... all the things needed to get a precise and concise (read faster, thus cheaper) Audit.
