OMW adding PVC Administrator users automatically to all Projects

E1 v8.12 Tool Release 898.22 running on I Series My Client Used to have setup that all CNC Users will automatically be added to all OWM Projects, when they upgraded from xe to 812, this configuration is gone, they want it back.
I think that this was done with a script on the I Series side... any Idea how can I get this accomplished?

I'm not aware of any ability to do this automatically with 8.12/9.0. But, using the PACKMAN tool from Forza Consulting...through it's automated package build process, it automatically adds whatever account you want as PVC administrator to projects as they go through the status change/package build.
